Project Planning

Leadership in Procurement Preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFP), Expressions of Interest (RFEI), and Qualifications (RFQ) that facilitate fair evaluation of all proponents. This also involves the development of selection criteria aimed at qualifying a successful proponent.

Financial Analysis

The majority of our business planning experience has been specific to the provision of public services from both traditional and non-traditional approaches. The end goal is to enable the client to provide the desired services in a cost-effective manor, while minimizing its exposure to risk and achieving an overall level of acceptance from its users.

Risk Analysis

Through thorough analysis of relevant risk factors and the implications they impose, we are able to determine those risks that must be assumed and mitigated by the client and those that should be transferred away from the client, e.g. through the use of public-private partnerships.
